Well, I kind of already know because I've read some of what he said but a lot of people haven't.

This guy has.

Are you being ironic or did you fail to follow along?

Thanks. Happy New Year to you as well.

I spent three weeks in the States just before the holidays which was interesting. The United States are not necessarily known for healthy food, but I saw some large gourmet grocery stores that I found to be quite impressive and superior to many European grocery stores I know.

Also, I had not experienced daily temperature changes of upto 20 degrees Celsius / 70 degrees Fahrenheit before which, as it turns out, was really confusing to my body. After seeing some people walk around in t-shirts and shorts no matter what temperature and time it was, I could not help but feel like a wimp :)

I used to live up in Edmonton. We were pretty wimpy up there. We wouldn't wear shorts and t-shirt unless it was above -16C. Out here in Vancouver, on the other hand, people are still complaining it's too cold when it's plus 10C.

Interestingly surveys of people indicate that around 75% of the public indicate they want to see higher taxes on the top end in our nation. Whose taking up the 'will of the people' in this case? Appears to me neither party.

When was the last time either of them cared about the 'will of the people'?

Whenever that will coincided with their election hopes.
