Again I wish it were so easy to blame 1 person. But, the legal entities around are responding to laws passed under the Bush Era. What happened to measuring Republicans by their ability to repeal, as Boehner wanted? Republicans should repeal the laws then this response wouldn't be possible.

Oh yeah Republicans have repealed ZERO. Too busy voting on Obamacare for the 40th time. Look we get it Republicans you hate Obamacare but perhaps you can organize yourself around something you can accomplish? You know reach across the aisle for some other goal that you might have Democratic support on. Afterall the Founders did setup a system that works best with cooperation and compromise.

I'd agree. If the GOP have ideas neither Fox News or any other of the conservative MSM give it any press. GOP really has become the G.et O.bama P.arty. Again, when Obama's gone in 2016 then what? Likely a run against personalities because the GOP won't be able to run on substance.
