Whoops. Still, McCain has little control over his brother. Not that I'd expect that to stop people jumping all over him for this (and I suspect it'd be worse if it were Obama's brother).
 
Sounds like something Sarah Palin would do, except she'd try to get the 9-1-1 operator fired.
