White House has diverted $500M to IRS to implement healthcare law

Fanatics.

I don't see anything there that isn't normal politics. The law is the current law and what the Supremes decide isn't the law until they decide. The normal political calculation is to go ahead and implement as much as possible and then if the law isn't overturned you good to go but if it is then you can drag your heels about how difficult it is to undo everything and just wait until people forget that it was overturned or find that people, once they understand it prefer it to the old way and don't want any "activist judges" taking away their healthcare.

Personally, because the elites hate it so much and have spent so much money working against it, I rather suspect that on balance the healthcare bill is probably a good thing. :)

you know this is oh so much bs anyway fluffy... the dems are cutiing medicare and all that too by diverting the money to the new health care system and so it naturally means its a "cut". reshifting of appropriations... nothing to see here as always...
