He wrote: 'Have records for overnight guests for those entities been pulled as part of the investigation? If not, why not?'

Additionally Mr Grassley, top Republican on the Senate Judiciary Committee, asked whether rooms were shared by Secret Service, the communications agency and the presidential advance staff.
Nah, the White House would never have the staffers info pulled from an investigation, most transparent administration ever!

well... i agree with you... at this point everyone who was part of that detail or stayed in that hotel that night should certainly garner some scrutiny... i am also good with them insuring that none of the "escorts" (i revile that word) were in fact, minors (as defined by local law).

as I understand it that business is legal in that city. So, frankly i don't get a shit if they wanted some "recreation". The only problem is if anyone compromised security - and it appears that the Secret Service are investigating that and haven't found any breaches yet.
frankly the most disappointing aspect is that this silly nonsense puts an unfortunate stain on all the people who have worked as agents over the years.

I mean, who argues with an escort over money??? wow, was THAT stupid.

Breaking:
Secret Service misunderstood the President's "fetch me some bitches" takeout order

Secret Service escorts in Cartagena billed $800
by comparison Elliot Spitzer's NY escorts only cost him $300

The agents are now saying they didn't know the women were "pros." So Secret Service agents are the only ones who can spend the evening drinking in a Colombian bar, and can't figure out which ones are the working girls?? This is the team protecting the president?

Next thing you know, uninvited guests will crash White House dinners
Oh, that already happened ... last year ...

A Conspiracy of Whores

It's quite revealing that while profound historical discussions during the summit focused on reforming the Drug War, lifting the outmoded Cold War embargo of Cuba and violent abuses of trade unionists, that the really big story to come out of Cartagena is that US Secret Service agents and military security officers purchased sex.
And who is thumping the scandal? None other than Rep. Peter King, chairman of the House Committee on Homeland Security and the greatest War On Terror whore in America.
The heavy breathing soon began. Could any of the ladies contracted from the Pley Club brothel have been al Qaeda agents? How was the President's safety affected? How much of a black mark was it on the honor of the United States? Whose heads would have to roll?

you forgot that Obama wants those Imperialist Brits to give the Maldives to Argentina

but Mr Obama maintained the USA's will remain neutral over the issue of the Falklands

Should have just stuck to having young boys from the orphanages snuck into the White House like in the Bush Sr. days.

Secret Service interviews Ted Nugent for advice on scoring that Wang Dang Sweet Poontang

They probably needed some advice on Wango Tango too

I don't give a crap if the escort was under age and I don't give a crap whether it compromised security. the issue is that a bunch of guys thought they were such hot shit for that they didn't need to pay for the service they negotiated for. They tried to stiff a working girl they used. Of all the aspects of the case that is the one that strikes me as the most shameful.

I Do believe I made that point earlier. In fact no one would have known about their extracurricular activities if the moron had just paid her. End of story. Even if she wanted 500 bucks (or whatever the amount that's been thrown around). It would have been worth it.

If you read the details of what happened, the agents got tourist scammed with extra fee's they had to pay the bar, to the hotel, ...

ended up costing them $800 for an escort

It was only costing Elliot Spitzer $300 for a NY escort

This is such an old school scam and it can happen anywhere tourists tend to go. Almost happened to me in Greece, but I figured out that being the only guy in a bar full of "Natashas", with a couple of really big bouncers at the door was not gonna end well for me. Boy did I leave there in a hurry. Btw, the area I was in wasn't all that far off from where all those riots happened in Athens a few years back. It's also where a bunch of Albanian punks yelled at me for no reason, but that's a different story...

 Marines throwing a person out of a car??? WOW

i was an nco in the army. i had people i was responsible for. ensuring mission safety is tantamount to all else. troops what go to the field are troops that need to be brought home from the field, with all digits intact. i base everything i now say on that belief... you "let off steam at the end of a mission, and on your own time"... '"if you do anything to disgrace yourself or the uniformed services, you are done... so done...". "if you showed up in my area of operations, still drunk from the night before, smellin of last nights booty call you represent a potential risk to my troops, your brothers... and the mission, i would find that most disrespectful. so much in fact you'd be hand manicuring a football field for a month after you got off from your regular duty. i'd have no idea what your first seargent will do to you, in addition, but it will be something, and you won't actually like it. be assured i would make that call too. " but we are talking about the president of the united states here, and his security which was the "mission" at hand. pretty important. he's travelling to a country we are embroiled in a drug war with. he would be a high value target for the cartels to kill. this was extremely wreckless.". i don't care if they didn't break any laws or a thousand," conduct unbecoming..." and "moral terpitude come to mind...". they were on the presidents detail. they were "on the job" and as such they are supposed to behave better than the yahoo tourists, they are a paid for ambassador on behalf of this country...
