Just upgraded to 1.03 of Xenforo. The primary difference for you guys is the addition of a "+1" button on each thread. +1 is the new Google+ equivalent to the "Like" or "recommend this" button.

Please consider using these buttons, as it will help the site get the word out.

there are duplicate thumbs, so you could pick the style you liked
