I absolutely guarantuee you that the percentage of self-identifying Libertarians agreeing with the premise is higher than among US "liberals". Of course, this does not fit to the video creator's agenda. The video never shows people identifying themselves as "liberals" but just claims they are because they share a specific point of view on a single issue.

A young Libertarian? In California? Wouldn't that be like finding a 4 leaf clover or a unicorn?
23 percent of California's registered voters identified as "independent voters" in 2016. Johnson and Stein managed to get 5% of the votes in California, which is slightly better than their national results.
Either way, just because you managed to find five people in a predominantly conservative state who will say something racist on camera, you cannot in good conscience claim they somehow reflect poorly on "all Republicans".
