2 + 10 = 12 x 4 = 48,
UNLESS there's some of that math bullshit going on, then it's
(10 x 4) + 2 = 42

Single horseshoe and boot aren't specified, but assuming they are half the double values, puts them at 2 and 1.
Then there is proper order of operations. Again, not clearly specified, but following normal math rules, when not specified, the multiplication should take place before the addition.
