Afghanistan seems to be in love with freedom. Once they found out the NSA was recording all their phone calls then Karzai said he'd shut them down.

Coincidentally Obama decided then to go to Afghanistan to 'visit the troops' but while he was there he thought, as an afterthought, to give Karzai a call and ask him if he wants to drop by Bagram airbase for a meeting.

Karzai said no.
