Climate Change reflects the expected trend over time due to changes in the environment. A few months or even a couple of years does not a trend make. At this point we don't know if this year is an exception or a start of a cooling trend. It'll probably take us a decade to have sufficient data when we can talk about how 2013 impacted everything. To date what we've seen is over the last 4 decades an ever increasingly warming planet. Perhaps 2013 will be the point that changes all around.
