Climate Change reflects the expected trend over time due to changes in the environment. A few months or even a couple of years does not a trend make. At this point we don't know if this year is an exception or a start of a cooling trend. It'll probably take us a decade to have sufficient data when we can talk about how 2013 impacted everything. To date what we've seen is over the last 4 decades an ever increasingly warming planet. Perhaps 2013 will be the point that changes all around.Or just maybe the global warming alarmist are wrong? Don't forget the proclamation that "our kids just won't know what snow is".
