It's as if she was a movie star, except they loved her because of what she gave them not because she is famous.

She taught all sorts - from jr HS to HS to college to adults learning English to become citizens. My mother helped make this a great country.

i have been with one of my teacher friends and saw the very same thing happen... i know a guy that hates my guts but once a year he comes over to my house and calls me to thank me for being a veteran.. so i kinda know how it feels only on a far less meaningful level... plus i dont wait til thank a teacher day to actually thank them... teachers rock!!!!!
