In a statement posted to their website, Salem Media Group, Inc. apologized specifically to Mark Andrews, a voter from Georgia falsely depicted illegally voting in “2,000 Mules.”

Though “2,000 Mules” has been widely debunked by law enforcement officials, the film and book developed a widespread following among supporters of the false claim that the 2020 election was stolen.

According to Andrews’ lawsuit, the allegations in “2,000 Mules” led to violent threats against him and his family. “They worry that again they will be baselessly accused of election crimes, and that believers in the ‘mules’ theory may recognize and seek reprisal against them, and that they may face physical harm,” the lawsuit alleged.

Salem said that it “relied on representations made to us by Dinesh D’Souza and True the Vote.”

Pro-Trump clerk convicted of election tampering continues to promote same false claims​

Tina Peters, who worked in Mesa County was convicted of seven out of 10 criminal charges on Monday, including three counts of attempting to influence a public servant, one count of conspiracy to commit criminal impersonation, first-degree official misconduct, violation of duty and failing to comply with the secretary of state.

The jury acquitted her of one felony count of identity theft and two felony counts of criminal impersonation. Prosecutors told jurors that the woman had used a security badge to access the election system without the owner’s consent.

Even after her conviction, Peters refused to back down from her claims over “vote flipping software.”

Speaking on Steve Bannon’s War Room she vowed to appeal her guilty verdict, saying: “We’re going to continue to fight this in the law.
 

Texas Governor Greg Abbott Bars 1 Million+ Ineligible People from Voter Rolls​

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R) has removed over one million people from the state’s voter rolls in an ongoing effort to bar ineligible voters, including non-citizens, from cast ballots.

His actions come 69 days out from the Tuesday, November 5 2024 presidential election.

Newsweek reports the removal of 1.1 million people from the voter rolls, which include those who have moved out of state, are deceased, or aren’t American citizens, came since the signing of Senate Bill 1 (SB 1) into law in September 2021.

Pelosi Claims Harris Won An ‘Open’ Primary​

Pelosi claimed that Harris won an “open” contest for the nomination despite having no challengers and the entire party falling in line with endorsements from Biden, and former Presidents Barack Obama and Bill Clinton.
