So you reserve the right to make assertions that are clearly and trivially demonstrably false but insist that since you made them as a "funny picture" no-one may debate them? This is an interesting idea.
Not at all sir, but you're illustrating the point by wanting to argue in a thread reserved for funny pics..
I'm just not a fan of Socialism, or Bernie Sanders for that matter, so in my opinion, both memes are true. Both illustrate the idea and concept of Socialism, which -- to the American mind -- means
"give me all your money so I can redistribute it to those who don't want to bother contributing to society like you do"...
There are things which I would argue that the state is responsible for as they promote the well-being for all, such as the Military, Police, Fire, and such. I would even absolutely agree that medical care for all should be a universal thing available to all, but absolutely NOT the ObamaCare way where I'm now forced to pay for services I'll never want, use, or need...
(For example, why do I as a 50-year-old male need to pay for pap smears or gyno exams? Why would a woman be forced as part of her state-mandated medical plan be forced to pay for prostate exams?)
Both memes provided in the aforementioned posts speak to a mental mindfuck of a welfare state much like Obama envisions. I will *never* support a welfare state because I absolutely, canonically believe that every single person capable of working has a responsibility to do so, for themselves, for their families, and for society at large.
Socialists like Bernie Sanders however, seem to espouse
"go ahead, sit around, do nothing but collect welfare checks because you're entitled. Let other people pay the bill..."
That mindset is 100% geometrically opposed to the viewpoint I was raised with which says pointedly,
"if you can work, you will work. If you lose your job, you take any job you can get, but you WILL work for your living"...
