Your logic is weak and fails to prove your point. The claim was that 80% of serial killers vote Republican. Showing 1 serial killer shaking hands with a Dem doesn't disprove that 80% as he could be part of the 20%. If the claim was 100% then the single case example you gave would disprove it. Also, just because someone shakes hands doesn't mean they vote in their favor. For a personal example I met Michelle Bachmann who I'd never vote for but I shook her hand and thanked her for taking the time to speak to our community. Nothing you said was sufficient disproof and thereby does not sustain your position.
Ted Bundy, and Dennis Rader (BTK) are two examples of known Republicans who are also serial killers. Heck, Rader ran and was elected under the Republican ticket. So, much for your claim that felons only vote Democratic. In reality we don't have such data to overlay this information in a way that would establish any measured level of certainty.
