when i look at all your trayvonn martin comments and see how you've advocated that every citizen has the right to chase people down so that they can feel threatened and thereby shoot another human without benefit of trial tells me that you are one confused individual... on a very core level... look how easy you've shifted the standard and demand more of the government than you would of your neighbor... uncle sam just wants his damn tax money... apparently he will chase you down, frighten you into reacting badly and then he will shoot you... you were okay with it a week ago... have a change of heart?

Unreal, I am pissing into the wind here. The USA is supposed to be the land of the free. If someone is a tax cheat, take them to court and get a judgement against them. I can't believe this "so what?" attitude about punishment without a trial.

The IRS doesn't have anyone on a super secret tax cheat list that only gets used if they leave, as you would like us to believe. That's a fantasy story built on hypotheticals. In reality the IRS sends letters and contacts you over the tax issues. You are then to contact them to figure out when to meet and what to meet about. I know you'd like the heavy handed and more costly approach of jailing all Identified Tax issues until trial, but get real. We live in a country that's trying to save money. The more friendly approach accomplishes this.

I agree if having failed to come to a mediated agreement that arrest and incarnation should be an option. However there can be successful approaches without building the police State you want at every turn.

here's where your going all astray and aren't getting it: you live in a "big picture world" and your living in your microcosm of "red meat issues". liberals have been telling you for years that the judicial system and law enforcement is so mired in corruption that innocents were being executed... you did not care probably. what you are quibbling about here amounts to whether you get "no trial" or a "show trial" and to me that just seems silly that you think liberals should be surprised, they've been telling the right wing that which they've known, for years....

no one has implied that it's okay with me, least of all me. i was upset clear back when all of this started... i watched both parties participate... i didn't provide cover for one side like you do... and i also didn't pick and choose whose powers of assassination to approve... you have.... and you'd rather it was the lone gunmen with no accountability over the government who at least offers some...
