All well and good but it seems to me that around half of those celebrating his death help perpetuate the situation by remaining terrified of socialised healthcare because "commie something pinko something libtard something marxist". Until that attitude changes, people like the murdered man will continue to get rich off of other people's misfortune.

Those celebrating it and calling for more seem to be pretty firmly the same crowd who celebrated Trump's near assassination. I'm no fan of UHC, but this being the political joke thread is probably the wrong place to get deep in it.

I certainly don't disagree with any of that.
Bernie has pointed out for years that the US is the ONLY so-called "first world" country to be unable to figure out how to implement Universal Health Care. It's something like 32 other countries figured it out.
But the US is under the control of the rich and they don't want to let go of their profits.

I seriously doubt anything will every change.
