On this topic, well done steaks with ketchup or A1 is perfectly acceptable if you are stuck in a situation where the quality of beef is in question.

Now a clean quality cut of beef? Anything more than medium is a crime against humanity ;) A1 can be forgiven, but ketchup cannot :watching:
