Meanwhile, the liberal media has been going after liberal politicians and tapping their phones and getting them sacked. If there's one thing the liberal media seems to hate, it's liberals.
For Murdoch, it appears, this behaviour may just have bought his news organizations a world of hurt. A judge has just agreed to ask the police to turn over evidence in several of these phone tapping cases to the people who were tapped and who are launching or who have launched civil suites.
Rupert won't be overly hurt but he may have to cut lose some of his media purchases so they don't drag down the empire.
