Perhaps :p Speaking of medical imaging, there was a dude by the name of X-Ray who used to do some funky stuff with, well you guessed it, an x-ray machine and computer gubbins :thumbs up:

Last Thursdays I traveled to Manhattan to visit the High Line park. I figured I needed a little vacation from my mom's eye operation(s).

This is the gallery as I'll only post a few of the photos. The High Line is what remains of the elevated train line that used to bring Stuff to the "meat packing" part of the island back in the day. Because trucks took over transporting product by the 1980's the train stopped running. Nature started taking over. Some people decided that if the elevated tracks were not re-purposed it would eventually just fall down.

So they set up a foundation and they made the structure into a park. I only walked for a small section of it. I began around 14th Street (10th Ave) and walked up to about 20th St.

They designed it to keep the tracks and rails (or many of them) and incorporated those with plants. It's quite wonderful.

at this point we walked off the elevated and went west to the Chelsea Piers where they have, among various games, there's a brewery.

I refreshed my palate with Raspberry wheat beer which is made on the spot. WOW was that delish!

The Holga has landed! Time for some Holgalicious photography :D

I've already had to hack the damn thing, seems they now ship with a modified aperture to give cropped DSLR's more vignetting, nothing a few screwdrivers couldn't fix :thumbs up:
