Helpdesk Level 1: Ugh, this one might be an actual problem that was worth calling a helpdesk about. I can't just recite the answer from my list and hang up. Well, there go my stats for the week... Ok, need to write something and get this person off the phone as quickly as possible. Maybe I can still make my quota for bonus pizza lunch / not getting fired...
Helpdesk Level 2: DAMNIT, L1, if you're going to escalate something to me, at least document what the hell the issue actually is! Now I've got this turd sitting in my queue, and have to do something about it, or else my stats will suffer. Well, only one course left, here. Enter nonsense, paste in some shell output, and escalate again!
Helpdesk Level 3: WTF is this shit? Our L2s suck. Is this even English? Is this shell snippet even related to anything at all? F@ck, it has CxO level copied on it, so I can't just close it. Meh, send it on, I guess. It's above my pay grade.
