Apparently not the case. Breitbart is reporting that the Feds are in fact investigating a possible denial of service attack. Stats about the Lieberman website (and expenses) are listed in the report as well.

Much as I think the pair of them are total erses, I don't think there's neccessarrily anything homosexual about that kiss.
I often kiss my close friends like that, male and female, doesn't matter.
It does convey closeness though.
