It's sad Obama signs on to the right-wing crap.

I think the deal is crap. It too much on the left. That why Obama signs, not veto.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. The problem with Obama isn't that he's a Democrat. The problem with Obama is he signs onto the 'conservative' market ideas. Reagan would be proud of Obama's actions. Kennedy not so much.

Obama just about rubber stamp any laws while he golfing. I have said Obama have no leadership. Reagan would be on the tea party and complain that he could do better that that. Kennedy would push Obama into peace corps.

Reagan tripled the debt. Certainly the Tea Party doesn't want to pay taxes and they're not overly aggressive on spending cuts. They seem to have a sacred cow in the overfunded US Military, for example. So perhaps Reagan would be a Tea Partier. He liked military spending. And, certainly the Tea Party would be even worse on the debt.

But, wait Reagan's tax increase, one of the largest in history, was to support a social program. Supposedly to protect social security.

Yup. It keeps giving people the money they paid into Social Security back instead of giving it to defense contractors who need it more. It keeps trying to pay stupidly high prices for drugs for old people instead of negotiating a better price so that the Pharma companies won't suffer and it keeps paying too much for other medical services for old people. A better bill would have been to kill all the old people - especially the ones who complain about too much government spending and then go use all those services.
