George Zimmerman found not guilty

Because the prosecution, in a round about way, sort of, maybe, depending how you took it, implied so? I'm not sure I follow your logic.
Given that you seem to have disagreed with most of what the prosecution said, I'd be interested in reading how you reached such a conclusion.
Because as a legally licensed carry owner, I can identify with the "reach for my weapon in a fight, you won't like the end results" kinda way.

My stance is that legally, Zimmerman is not guilty of a crime... If anything, he is guilty of Stupidity and bravado which led to the entire incident to begin with. Stupidity however is not a crime...

I still don't see how that would have made him behave the same way if he had been unarmed.

Assuming of course that, had he not been carrying, he'd still have followed the kid in the first place. I haven't seen anything that would give anyone any reason for thinking that.
there's no way that zimmerman would have followed ANYBODY if he did not have a gun. he's a coward

Well, I can't say that's clear either. Perhaps he would have, perhaps not. I haven't seen any evidence to convince me either way.

On the other hand, if you find yourself in a fight with someone who has a weapon then you probably want to disarm them - legal carry or not - if you have the opportunity.

Make sure you shoot to kill. Cuz if you give a warning shot that's 20 years.
three of you so easily manipulated by a reporters propaganda journalism

maybe you should read the actual court affidavits, she was shooting to kill, but was such a bad shot she now claims it was a warning shot, because the bullet ricocheted into the ceiling

trouble is... zimmerman proponents cant seem to get the fact that this country is a system of laws... you always get another bite at the apple...oft times in civil court for wrongful death.. and "mostly" that even our vigilantes need held to the same order of accountability as our hired thugs at law enforcement when they are involved in questionable shootings... oh no... they want impunity... which is extra judicial protections... and well... u dont get that... sorry...

so she was standing her ground to save herself from further abuse right? and ur not okay with that now why? he was black you know....

That's why Trayvon went back to punch Zimmerman, he was preventing him from casing the area
Unsubstantiated and probably you said it as an attempt at humor. Should have put a smiley on it to help us out.

He may not have that night but he sure had a history of it.

According to the school police investigator, Trayvon’s backpack contained 12 pieces of jewelry, in addition to a watch, a large flathead screwdriver, silver wedding bands and earrings with diamonds.
Trayvon was asked if the jewelry belonged to his family or a girlfriend.
"Martin replied it’s not mine. A friend gave it to me," he responded, according to the report. Trayvon declined to name the friend.

I realize tensions are high, and this is actually a really good conversation peeps, I only ask that we not kick back into schoolyard mode with the insults and name calling please, erm, I forgot, this isn't America any more so I guess I mean "por favor"?
