Legal peaceful demonstrations are "verbal terrorism" when you disagree with it? I see.

A shout down is not a peaceful protest - it is intimidation rather than discussion. As intimidation is designed to create a certain level of fear in the target (and in this case to political ends) it actually does fit the operational definition of terrorism. Of course, using the word in this case is a little over the top.
