Walking back through Manchester city centre on the way home from work today,
Stay safe mate. Hope this all dies down soon. Certainly seems quieter tonight.
Walking back through Manchester city centre on the way home from work today,
You local to any of this chaos, Alan? Or is that mate's pic?
Fortunately I'm not local to it although a very good friend of mine is. To say I'm a touch concerned for her and her hubbies well being would be an understatement.
Ooft. Hopefully it's petering out. Are they in London?
Just got a phone call from my friend, she and her husband are on holiday in Wales, she's very, very drunk but otherwise ok
Nice one. I haven't been drunk for at least, what, half an hour? Need to sort that out soon....
The racists and the nationalists will pounce on this
and the police will ask for and probably receive more powers for next time.
The blacks will stay black and the poor will stay poor, but now with more garbage and debris.
The leader of a British far-right group says its members are taking to the streets of British cities in an attempt to quell riots that have spread across the country for four nights
Your police force needs to toughen up a little, nothing quite like a good baton charge supported by copious amounts of teargas to quell civil disobedience...
Maybe I'm wrong. Or maybe I'm right: British far-right leader says 1,000 to take to streets to deter rioters
What do London and Amy Winehouse have in common?
They're both in ashes.
Police ask parents to call their children and ask where they are.
If only it was that easy for Kate and Gerry.
Ngongo Mwambi has to travel 5 miles every day for fresh water and 7 miles for food...........This is because the daft cow torched Peckham Spar and Tottenham KFC and now has to walk to Croydon for breakfast.
