Yeah Christianity has similar problems. God does some strange things that make one question if he's truly omnipotent.

the Islamists are not objecting to the production quality of the movie. They're objecting to the message.

If it's the production quality of the movie, let's just offer to remake it with a bigger budget, more special effects

and you can't see the obvious and glaring difference between the two things you've proffered. one was an intended and known to be spoof on the church, the other a selective portrayal of only the bad parts of some cults magic book, in order to denigrate their faith. they all suck. and u do too for feeding it and fanning the flames. we apologize to the world for people like you...

I don't think the Secretary of State at the time went on TV apologizing to Christians for the movie either. Not a peep after a quater century of a band called Deicide either.


 
Check out You Tube. You can find the Bishop vs Clesse and others. Basically if the church could have legally killed them, they would have.

in just the past few days we’ve seen a wave of bombings that killed 92 people in 13 Iraqi cities, a car bomb that killed 11 in Pakistan, a rocket attack in Afghanistan, an assassination attempt on the Yemeni defense minister (that killed 12), an assassination attempt on the Somali president (that killed 8), a suicide attack on a police station in Istanbul … and various other attacks.
